The Bendene guesthouse is four star guest accommodation in Exeter City Centre. It is a guest house that offers good value bed and breakfast. We are more than just a B&B, and some of our guests think our quality guest house is equally as good as some Exeter hotel accommodation.

Our elegant Georgian Town House, with its quiet City Centre location is ideally situated to explore Exeter's historical and vibrant culture. At the Bendene we greet our guests with a warm welcome and aim to give you a friendly and hospitable service ensuring that your stay at our guesthouse is comfortable and enjoyable. We are close to Exeter University, and our access is good, whether arriving from the rail or coach stations, the M5 or Exeter airport. Whether for business or pleasure, The Bendene is the ideal bed and breakfest place to stay, and during the summer months you can enjoy free use of our outdoor swimming pool - we're the only guesthouse in Exeter with a swimming pool (and there's only one other hotel with a swimming pool). The pool is set in our south facing walled garden amidst a wonderful display of flowers and shrubs.
