Welcome to our farmhouse Bed and Breakfast set in glorious unspoilt countryside near Oakford on the edge of Exmoor.
Our B&B is right in the middle so you can easily visit Exmoor and Dartmoor, the country town of Exeter, market days at Barnstaple, Tiverton and South Molton, plus the delights on our own doorstep, Bampton in Bloom and Dulverton, the gateway to Exmoor.

National Trust members will be spoilt for choice with Killerton House, Arlington Court, Knightshayes Court A la Ronde, Dunster Castle and Castle Drogo all nearby. Interested in gardens? Knightshayes Court (NT) is nearby as are many privately owned gardens open to the public. The RHS garden of Rosemoor in Devon is about 45 minutes away.
