Hillside ( Exmouth )
‘Hillside’ is a comfortable Victorian house in the centre of Lympstone village, offering bed and breakfast accommodation, a short walk from the banks of the beautiful Exe Estuary. All the village amenities are close at hand, such as the general store, post office and an attractive pub with an excellent restaurant. Lympstone has the charm of an old fishing village, and a relaxed atmosphere. It can be an ideal base for a break. A little commuter train takes one from the centre of the village into the county town of Exeter. Dartmoor is an easy 45 min drive away, and the long sandy beach at Exmouth is great for families. The East Devon Way which traverses Devon can be joined in the village, and also the Exe Estuary cycle path which links Exmouth and Exeter. The estuary is popular with bird watchers.
